2. What was "sulfa?" Where did it come from, and why was it important? (See Chapter 3 in the textbook).
3. What are penicillin and streptomycin? Where do they come from? How were they discovered? Why are they important?
4. Why are many of our antibiotics losing effectiveness? What is being done to replace them?
